Violy McCausland’s understanding of Latin American business culture has helped her carve a niche in Wall Street mergers and acquisitions.

Empathy with the region’s tycoons has helped Colombian born Ms. McCausland, a former head of Latin American mergers and acquisitions at JP Morgan, led transactions worth $30 billion in a Wall Street career spanning almost 20 years.
